Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with the way your enquiry has been handled, or if you do not receive a response within three weeks of contacting us using the details provided above, you may submit a request for review to the Enforcement Body of the State of Brandenburg, established within the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Integration and Consumer Protection of the State of Brandenburg (Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities). The Enforcement Body will review compliance with the provisions and measures set out in this accessibility statement. 

The Enforcement Body will examine the substance and legal admissibility of the request and may, where appropriate, arrange for a technical assessment of the website to be carried out by the Monitoring Body for the Accessibility of Web and Application Technologies of the State of Brandenburg.

Under Section § 4 Abs. 3 BbgBITV of the Brandenburg Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BbgBITV), the Enforcement Body is responsible for resolving disputes relating to digital accessibility between persons with disabilities and public authorities of the State of Brandenburg. The enforcement procedure is free of charge and does not require legal representation.
